The staff were helpful and there was a staff member with a nursing qualification, so I felt safe using a wheelchair. The building was all glass and refreshing, though there was no night view or artwork. It was a major inconvenience that there was no wheelchair parking; the main road to the facility is steep, so I wish the space in front of the building had been converted for wheelchair use.

I liked the soaking bath. I hadn’t noticed before that the room didn’t have any chairs, so I didn’t realize that until later.

The room was very clean and pretty, and the staff were so helpful. The area is more residential, so transportation wasn’t the best.

Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Maquina de lavar roupa disponível para uso dos hospedes é muito util, porém necessita de boa programação e flexibilidade, pois é concorrida. Longe do centro. Havia lido que existe um serviço de transfer para a estação e contei com isso, porém era 1x ao dia (9h da manhã em direção à estação central e 4 da tarde da estação para o hotel, e necessitava ser reservado com antecedência), o que não atemdeu nossa necessidade em nenhum dos dias. O qie gastamos com uber acabou compensando um valor mais care de hotel central
