The staff were always ready to help with any question, the manager was especially helpful, pets were welcome, the hotel is close to interesting sites, the garden is beautiful, the view from the window is great, and parking is inside the property. The only issue was a leaking shower in the room, only the tap worked.

We stayed for three days to attend the Kolfest festival. We arrived in the afternoon and were immediately checked into a three‑bedroom room. It’s small and basic, but it has a lovely porch‑terrace on the second floor with views of part of the mountain and Issyk‑Kul. The hotel grounds were more impressive than the room itself—everything was green and beautiful, with benches, pavilions, hammocks, and sculptures. It’s clear the owners care deeply about the place. There are many cats on the property (we love them). The road and beach are about a 10‑15 minute walk away. There’s a dining hall where you can order three meals a day, and we ate at the roadside café, mostly at Mandarin, so I can’t comment on the food. There’s also a shared kitchen. Many people, as I understand, keep coming back and have formed their own groups. Everything is very courteous, and after 22:00 the area is almost completely quiet. The walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbors coughing, and the mattresses are uncomfortable.

The grounds are very beautiful and well kept, and it’s quiet. Food can be ordered, and there are many animals that are cared for.

I fell in love with the Natalia hotel, it's a cozy and peaceful retreat that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food is amazing, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just a short walk from the lake, and they even offer a driver service and guided tours for a fee. Overall, I had an incredible experience and would highly recommend it.
