The buffet breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options and was well organized. The room had a hairdryer, clothing steamer, kettle, and mini fridge. The room, lobby, and dining hall were kept very clean. The staff were helpful and kind, giving advice about luggage forwarding, and I was able to leave my luggage in the lobby after checking out before my flight.

It’s well located between two metro stations, making it easy to move around Osaka. The room was spacious and comfortable. They have a coin‑operated laundry and a buffet. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return.

The location is fairly convenient, quieter than many hotels, and the microwave and fridge near the elevator are very handy. There are no complaints.
