The staff cannot do enough for you. Particularly Ambesh who has worked at The Claridges for 30 years is so incredibly helpful and the main concern is that you have the best holiday. Nothing was too much trouble The buffet food was excellent and around the foyer and restaurants areas the facilities were immaculate including the bathrooms with the remote control toilets. Food and beverages we felt were slightly overpriced compared to other hotels. The lovely doormen were also wonderful and always greeted you with a smile whenever you came and went. Everyone was so very friendly. The grandchildren were even given a box of chocolates each. No outside space to sit and enjoy the gardens. It is deceptive from photos. There is a front garden with artificial grass but functions were constantly being held there. The swimming pool area felt and looked a little bit run down. We also go moved to a bigger room at our request due to grandchildren staying with us but this was on a higher floor. It did feel that the higher you went in the hotel the less care and attention was given to the room upkeep

We very much enjoyed our stay, at Claridges, the staff were all excellent and very attentive. The property is beautiful decorated to a high standard throughout and a great variety of restaurants all serving excellent food. If I am being really honest I was a bit disappointed with the pool area there could have been more beds in the sun for late afternoon when the canopies are no longer necessary

L’hotel est très élégant, j’aime le style British!. Les chambres sont vieillottes, la direction devrait absolument rafraîchir les chambres, c’est année 1990! le matelas du lit était mou et inconfortable!
