Gold Boutique Hotel

“Великолепно и тихо”

The location was great, but unfortunately, that's where it ended. The staff were friendly, but that's not enough to make up for the fact that everything else was just okay. I mean, it was fine, but it wasn't exactly impressive.

I booked a room for my mom, but the hotel's location and entrance were a disaster. The address wasn't clear, and the phone number on the website was disconnected. When we finally arrived, the receptionist demanded cash payment, which was a surprise since I had paid online. The staff were unhelpful, and it took a manager's intervention to resolve the issue. The price wasn't cheap, but the service and facilities were worse than I've ever experienced.

This place was a total disaster from start to finish. The location was great, but that's where the positives ended. The room was tiny, the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff were completely unhelpful. The breakfast was a joke, and the cleaning was non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

“Worst experience you may wish to have”

What a nightmare. I booked what I thought was a hotel, but it turned out to be a hostel on the 11th floor of a residential building. The staff were completely uncooperative when I tried to cancel my second night, and the whole experience was a complete waste of time. I've already complained to the booking platform and would advise others to steer clear.

“Angenehm”

The hotel's location was perfect and it was also very quiet, which was a big plus. However, the fact that they only accepted cash and wouldn't accept Visa was a major inconvenience.
