Clean rooms and daily trash removal were spot on, and I think they even changed towels if you asked. The food was all home‑cooked, with only one day of grill; the tableware could use a refresh, the pastries were syrupy, and the snacks could be more plentiful, but I never felt starving.

The place offers solid value, friendly staff, and a pleasant vibe, plus plenty of kid‑friendly options. The meals are decent, with a touch of variety each day. It sits a bit farther from the city center, and in September the outdoor pool and bar close early. All‑inclusive drinks come in plastic cups.

The hotel stayed clean, with daily housekeeping, and the food was good. We were only 600 m from the sea, passing the Preslav hotel on the way, and we arrived just before closing. On the last day, some of the girls either got food poisoning or caught a stomach virus—unclear what happened—so we had no complaints about the hotel.
