The room looked nice and the hot shower was a treat, but the bar shut down at 8 pm when reception closed, even though the staff member who checked us in was sitting in the bar area. Also, there were no balls on the pool table.

The location was central, but my double room sat right next to the busy main street and it was insanely loud day and night. There was no proper indoor lounge—everything was outside, which was freezing when the weather was bad. The team seemed unhelpful and disengaged.
