The surroundings were gorgeous, and Anna at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. The room itself was awful—felt grotty, the bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on, there were no bedside lamps, no water in the room, and the towels and bedding were old. Insects swarmed in, making it impossible to open the door, which was a serious issue for my husband who had recently had a kidney transplant; mosquitoes were rampant so we had to leave because of his weakened immune system. Anna remained very kind during our communication. Breakfast was cold and scanty, and overall it was a tight budget accommodation.

“REALLY NICE !”

The staff were very attentive and accommodating, offering many services like laundry and scooters, and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

“Beautiful property”

The location was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing with no traffic noise, and the room views were unmatched. However, it was sometimes hard to locate staff around the property. We had hoped there would be a restaurant and bar open most of the day, but that wasn’t the case. The rooms were not soundproof; you could hear neighbors walking and talking.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Halise Sanctuary. Top Lage und sehr schön angelegt. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und super Frühstück gab es auch. Empfehlenswert!. Ein kleines Nachtlicht wäre toll gewesen :)
