“Location good but not healthy. Allowing smoking is absolutely wrong. I shall never be back to this part of Albania.”

The location right on the Adriatic Sea is perfect, and the 6th‑floor room offers an amazing view. However, smoking was everywhere—on neighboring balconies, at breakfast on the patio, and on the beach. In this country smoking is allowed, but we couldn't keep our balcony doors open, which was disgusting.

We chose the hotel mainly because of its prime beachfront location and the rooms with balconies overlooking the sea, both of which lived up to our expectations. The air conditioning worked well. The exterior and entrance were nicely designed, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast and dinner buffet areas were comfortable with a good food selection. We especially enjoyed being able to eat meals outdoors. The staff were courteous. Beach loungers and umbrellas were included for guests, and the beach itself was reasonably clean. The on‑site pizza restaurant by the shore impressed us; the pizza was tasty and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. On the downside, the rooms feel a bit dated and the furnishings are plain. While generally clean, there were some unsightly stains on the walls and in the bathroom, with possible mold spots that might be due to the damp climate. The breakfast and dinner buffets were overall fine. We were a bit disappointed by the instant coffee machine, which produced mediocre coffee. The air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odor and could have benefited from a deeper cleaning. Communication with the hotel before our stay was sluggish; responses were delayed or unsatisfactory, making preparation unnecessarily difficult.

The pool area was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and I was offered a choice between two very similar rooms on different floors by the very service‑oriented staff. The room itself was not very pleasant, feeling worn out, with exposed wall outlets. Ants were present in the room, and the bathroom was very worn and smelled damp.

The hotel was wonderfully close to the beach. The food was mediocre and not very tasty. We had two rooms. The room facing the sea was good, but the one facing the street was small and cramped. The blankets were just sheets and we didn’t get a proper duvet in the second room even though we asked. The elevators were severely under‑specified. The pool was small and there were far too few sun loungers—only about 15.
