PLAZA Premium Heidelberg

“Super beliggenhed, fine værelser, perfekt parkering og professionelt personale, anbefalelsesværdigt”

We stayed at the hotel just for a night, snagging a great price deal. The reception staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The location, right on the edge of the old town, was convenient and lovely. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, both traditional German and others. Parking in the hotel garage worked perfectly. Nothing else to complain about; everything was fine.

“War guter Aufenthalt”

Close to the city center, the staff were friendly and the place was clean. The rooms and corridors were dark, giving a somewhat oppressive feel.

The staff were friendly. Paying €180, including breakfast, feels quite expensive per night.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay but bland; the fruit salad, pears, and tomatoes didn't seem fresh. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The room faced the street, so it was very noisy; you could only sleep with the window closed, and the air conditioning didn't work.

“Goed hotel, maar er moeten wel wat puntjes op de i gezet worden.”

The hotel looked nice and we had a large room with a view of the castle. Breakfast was very tasty, and the parking garage was convenient. However, there was shampoo and the like hanging on the wall, but no extras like body lotion. Breakfast was messy; tables hadn't been cleared yet, and no one guided us to a table. We had to grab our own cutlery. And this was for a room costing €300 per night. At 6 am we received a text that we could check out online. The online checkout was fine, but we were still in the middle of our city trip and would have preferred a different notice. You walk 15 min to the Altstadt but you’re not there.
