The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and almost at the end of the town surrounded by forest. The building is nicely designed, though some furnishings show signs of wear. Breakfast is good, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a large covered parking. Throughout the property there is a not very intense, even aggressive, smell of cleaning products or air freshener. It’s very strange to enter through the secondary, nicely designed and lit entrance that leads through reception, and the rear entrance from the parking lot. Closing the gate at night (from 21 to 7 am) and the information that if a guest wants to arrive later or leave earlier they must park on the street is odd and unfriendly, as are other internal regulations, such as marking the breakfast rooms for families with children or for people over 12 years old. The excess of such rules makes the property slightly less attractive.
