Located east of Würzburg, B&B HOTEL offers free Wi‑Fi and bright, colourfully decorated rooms with contemporary furnishings, flat‑screen TVs, private showers and separate toilets. Guests enjoy a rich breakfast buffet each morning and lobby vending machines for snacks. The hotel sits 6 km from the Residenz, 5 km from the train station, and a 5‑minute drive to the A3 motorway.

The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. The mattress could have been better.

The place was clean and the staff friendly. Space was a problem – the rooms were so small that I could barely put my suitcase down, and the only area where I could sit and read emails was the breakfast room, which was closed otherwise. Even the lobby had no room to stand. Basically it was just a B&B in its most stripped‑down form: come, sleep, have breakfast, and leave. Staying longer, winding down in the evening, grabbing a drink, or anything like that was impossible, and there was nothing nearby to do that. A shame.
