The facilities are good, but the pool closes at 7 p.m., and after that there is nothing else to do except paying for extra activities, which should have been included in the price paid.

It’s new and the family room we got is wonderful—super spacious and has everything you need. We were located at the extreme side of the hotel, so we had to walk very long ways to get to the buffet. Because of the design, if you’re on the edges of the hotel, you have to walk very long to get to the other side.

The size. The restaurants and the luxury. Staff didn’t speak English. Not the same as other Mexico resorts. Not going above and beyond. Still lots of growing pains even thought it’s 3 years old
