Nothing. The hotel listed was not the one advertised; the correct hotel is 300 m farther and is not Belvilla but a Best Prise Hotel. The photo on the website is retouched – I will post the original in the photos. I paid online with a Master Card. At check‑in it was a scavenger hunt to find the registration because there was no staff in the hotel and the registration was 300 m away at the actual Belvilla. At registration we were charged an additional 5 € setup fee; otherwise there was no key, as written the room was already paid for. After some discussion and asking for the manager, the staff were somewhat unhelpful, and only after threatening to file a complaint was the fee waived and we received the key. No refund was offered and the manager was in Holland and unreachable. The first thing that happened was the elevator doors closed, then the lights flickered and nothing worked. With effort we got out of the elevator and went up the stairs to the room. The room was at least not prepared, unlike other rooms. Unfortunately an older couple had also been caught in a room that was uninhabitable. The communal kitchen was in a disgusting state, with old food scraps lying around, several cardboard boxes with uncoolled eggs, and building materials stacked in the kitchen. Next to the hotel is a “casino” like in old mafia movies where there was loud noise late into the night – to put it mildly. We could not turn up the volume on our TV because the sound was fixed and could not be adjusted. In the photos the kitchen is shown, but it was only cleaned the next day; the eggs had been moved to another hotel for breakfast 🤢. All in all we would rather advise against a visit.
