The area was beautiful and the place was very clean. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were large. Nothing to complain about—it was wonderful.

The pool and hot tub are top notch, and the area stays very clean and well kept; the owner is friendly and easy to talk to, the room is a good size, and the dining room/rec room is spacious too – we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to Cooperstown visitors, though we only wished the pool stayed open later because getting back late from a dinner in Cooperstown left little time to use it, but we still liked it.

The amenities were better than expected, cleanliness impressive, staff very welcoming, scenery pleasant and therapeutic, the bathroom and toiletries very comfortable and up to date, yet the location is out of the way, most furniture and equipment fragile, lighting in the room extremely dim, breakfast could offer more healthy and organic choices, and the parking lot is a little rough.

The view was great and the room stayed clean, with coffee and water available 24/7, but the property is on a farm connected to an old farmhouse, the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy, and the walls were thin.

I thought location was beautiful! They had a cool gym and pool area as well. Very nice hotel/bed and breakfast vibe. No elevator, the breakfast did not provide many options besides store bought pastries and boiled eggs you had to crack yourself. The room decor was a bit unsettling. Just a weird lamp statue. But the rest of the room bedding was nice
