I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially given its great location, close to all the tourist spots and with easy access to transportation. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service - despite paying a 12% service fee, I had to specifically request room cleaning, which wasn't provided for three days. To make matters worse, there was no prior notice or explanation, leaving me feeling taken advantage of.

I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a 5-7 minute walk from Tianjin station. My room was clean and tidy, and the hot water supply worked well. However, I did find it a bit chilly at night due to the lack of an air conditioner remote control. Apart from that, I didn't have any significant issues.
