A very charming and family‑run little hotel, tucked quietly in a beautiful valley. The entire property, our room and the bathroom were spotless and tastefully decorated. Breakfast featured plenty of homemade, fresh dishes, and each morning we were personally greeted. Eggs were made to order—scrambled, fried, or boiled—and presented lovingly. The homemade ginger shot is a must‑try for a boost. Requests were always heard, and we received excellent hiking and excursion tips. A highlight was the free sauna access, and there was even an elevator. We felt very comfortable and would recommend Hotel Grünmoos to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway away from the bustle of cities. From the hotel you can immediately start hiking or biking, and neighboring valleys offer more adventures. With a car you reach Staller Sattel quickly and then arrive in Antholz (Italy).
