The resort is set in the Fira countryside, offering peace and comfort; the only downside is that the private pool villas aren’t heated. I’d give it a 9 for next time.

The staff’s welcome was exemplary—friendly, professional, proactive. Food, breakfast, and dinner were delicious, plentiful, and no extra charge for an extra juice or coffee. The pool and loungers were spotless and secluded from other guests. The spa and massages were also exceptional. When the wind is strong, the branches keep rubbing against the walls of our room, making it hard to sleep if you’re sensitive.

The whole experience was really good; the staff were helpful and professional, so I highly recommend it if you want a peaceful, quiet vacation with fast, professional service. The only issue is that it’s quite far, so you’ll need transport or a car to get to other parts of the island.

The structure is brand‑new and fully equipped with all comforts. The staff are extremely kind and helpful! The location is strategic, close to the airport, and parking is available. I’d gladly return! I wish there were a bit more choice at the breakfast buffet.
