No response to emails and no one reachable by phone; despite several messages and a completed check‑in form, there was neither a reply nor a callback, and I ended up standing in front of a locked door unable to use the paid room after a long journey.

The location was great for a layover on a long journey, everything matched the description, there was a private bathroom/WC, the host was friendly and pleasant, parking was right at the building, and there are very good restaurants a few minutes away. It is advisable to arrange the arrival time in person with the host beforehand, not by email.

The location was great, the facilities were solid, and it was quiet, but the bathroom was separate and there was no fan or air conditioning for hot days.
