“Location was the best however the hotel needs to be renovated.”

The spot is probably the best, right next to the MRT and bus station. The room felt too dark, and the lighting could have been better; the bathroom was also dim, and the floor was super slippery, so we almost slipped several times, especially in the shower, which made it feel unsafe. Checking in and out took too long, and I’m not sure why it’s so slow, but it could be made faster and more efficient.

The receptionists were very polite and the parking was good. The location is accessible to everyone.

The room was spacious and a great stay. The location is very near LRT 1, and it offered good value for money. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and they were helpful. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again. The breakfast wasn’t very enticing, even though it was buffet style, and there were very few choices.

“Needs improvement.”

The staff were very kind and accommodating, which we really appreciated. However, the hotel itself is quite old and needs some maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable, and unfortunately, all of us experienced body itching after sleeping on it. One of the electrical outlets was loose. Overall, the staff were great, but the room and facilities need improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance.

The position is good. There was no internet in the room; it was only available in the lobby area.
