The area is well‑located for central sights, and the metro and tram are close for quick travel. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have the items shown on Booking, and the bedding had stains. The door had interior sound insulation, but it needed to be on the exterior because the interior had no effect due to the apparent mounting.

Bien placé, rapport qualité prix top et sécurisé. Il y’a des markets, des restaurants, le tram, le métro à 2 pas de la résidence. L’hôte David est très sympa, il m’a donné des bonnes adresses

Excellent shared bathroom. The room was a bit tight but very comfortable and well‑ventilated. It was very quiet, perfect for a good rest. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper.

Great spot near the metro, shops and key sights like the Colosseum. The service was excellent; David was very attentive and available. The setting is simple, but the owner delivers what he promises—no deception. David’s friendliness and presence were crucial for us tourists. We had another booking through Booking that met all our needs, but we got ripped off and had to relocate last minute. In that moment of panic, David’s hospitality was spot‑on. We were promptly helped whenever we asked. There are some aesthetic and cleaning flaws that, if fixed, would make the stay perfect for its price. But at that point in the trip, the most important thing was the welcome, so we just thank him and don’t complain.
