The onsen is nice and the location is great. The check‑in staff didn’t speak either Japanese or English fluently. They swapped the male and female onsens during the day but didn’t confirm they were empty first, so some men ended up in the women’s onsen. The rooms feel very dated.

It would be better if the duvet cover were fixed.

The view from the room, the spaciousness, and the open‑air bath were all great. The front desk staff were also very helpful. No issues.

The room had an outdoor hot spring and the meals were good, but my room didn't have a microwave.
