The location was great, everything was very clean, and I’ll definitely use the hotel again when I’m in Rome; everything was super.

The staff service was outstanding and the room was so comfortable, plus the location is great, but the stairs at check‑in and check‑out can be troublesome, especially if you have a disability, even though the staff helps with your luggage.
