We really appreciated the cleanliness of all the rooms, the elegance of the building, the abundant traditional breakfast with many kinds of pastries, and the kindness of all the staff, especially Mustafa, though the rooms were a bit dark, which is inevitable given the traditional setting.

The location inside the medina, close to Jemaa el Fna, was convenient and the staff were pleasant; the breakfast was hearty and varied, and the room was spacious but a bit too dark (Suite Mamounia). We stayed for 3 nights and were disappointed by the terrace’s lack of cleanliness: the ashtray was never emptied, an old mattress was stored there, the benches and floor were not cleaned. In the room the sheets had small stains and some towels did too. The suite was missing a second chair or a small sofa with a coffee table.
