The room was very spacious and there was a coffee machine in the room. The breakfast on site was missing, but we still managed to have a coffee in the room. We had to move the kettle to reach a power outlet!

The estate is beautiful. The bed is small.

The outdoor setting is charming, pleasant and calm, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are basic, lacking even a kettle and coffee stick, infested with insects, no Wi‑Fi, and the place feels abandoned.

The castle itself is stunning, the pool is superb … it seems a few rooms have been renovated but not all yet. The person who greeted us was very friendly and attentive. Our room was in a tower outside the castle; the décor is very old‑fashioned but still comfortable and clean, yet the lights (bulbs & lamps) become quite gloomy at night – a few inexpensive upgrades would help.
