“Good potential, tobacco smoke smell in the rooms were not a pleasant experince.”

This small hotel sits in an interesting building with a lot of potential, and the location is also good. Some of the staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean. However, there is a bar/restaurant below the rooms, and people smoke outside; the tobacco smoke seeps into the rooms, so as a non‑smoker I was sometimes surrounded by smoke. The air‑con unit in the room made a lot of random noise even when turned off, and I’m not sure it worked properly. When I tried to heat or cool it, an error message E7 appeared on the screen and nothing happened. Some of the staff were not very good in English, and check‑in took a very long time.

The setting, the room, and the restaurant were pleasant, and the staff, especially the waiter, were friendly. Nothing negative to report.
