1. The location is great—right across from the church. 2. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also big, plus it has a bathtub. 1. When I had an issue I sent an email to the host and uploaded a message on Booking, but no one responded at all. 2. The front‑desk staff’s English was terrible, making communication hard. 3. There is no elevator, so moving luggage was a nightmare. 4. The hair dryer is stuck to the wall, which is inconvenient. 5. The breakfast is free but absolutely terrible to eat.

The American breakfast offered on Saturday morning was served at the Hotel Edelmira (part of the same chain as Casa Virreyes) for $120.00, and we chose a dish from the à la carte menu; the service, food, and venue were all excellent.
