Good location - very close to the railway station, the opera house and within walking distance to major attractions Good breakfast - exceeded expectations with the great variety and quality of food. The facility is a bit old, especially the carpet throughout the hotel. Room is quite bare with little furniture or amenities. Would have liked to have a desk and chair in the room, and a hot water kettle. At least make the hot water available in the common area 24/7
