The room and location were good. The check‑in timing was an issue, there was a lack of communication between room service and billing, the room‑service menu options were limited, and there was no shuttle between HEC and the hotel.

The setting was great and the location convenient, with a friendly welcome from the chauffeur and the staff. Breakfast was hearty and tasty, and the room was clean. However, the spa was only open for 1h30 at a time and the pool equipment was half‑functional. There weren’t many activities outside the spa; maybe a themed evening would help.

“Correct mais décevant”

The so‑called superior room was quite basic, had no TV remote so I had to ask for one at reception, and there was a large black bug above the window in the spa area. The pool water wasn’t hot enough and several jacuzzi jets were broken.

The surroundings were pleasant and the rooms were well decorated. The room faced the road, so it was noisy, and the outdoor areas were not well maintained – the wooded space was a bit untidy.

“Un hôtel qui a baissé en gamme. Decevant”

The room was comfortable and close to the pool. There was no handicap parking spot in front of the hotel – all spots were taken by regular cars and the hotel didn’t react. A family event meant the pool was crowded with people swimming in their clothes; I’d have postponed if I’d known. The spa equipment was outdated and even broken, the ice‑cold cellar was out of order. I won’t come back for sure.
