“Absolutely Disgusting – Should Not Be Listed on Booking.com”

Nothing good. This was truly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I only booked because it was a bank holiday and there were no other options at short notice. Had I known what I was walking into, I would never have stayed. The biggest issue is that the nature of this establishment wasn’t made clear at booking – it’s a sex hotel, which was extremely uncomfortable and totally unexpected. A tablet in the room offered options to watch porn or arrange for a woman to come to the room. That’s not what I expected. The room itself was appalling: cigarette smoke smell was unbearable, the environment felt seedy, unhygienic, and deeply unpleasant. Peter Rabbit wallpaper and matching curtains only added to the bizarre vibe. The reception staff were rude, and the reception area was set up so you couldn’t even see the staff. I can’t understand how this place is listed without clearer disclosure. Customers should know what they’re booking. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. The experience was uncomfortable, unpleasant, and utterly unacceptable. I would never stay again and believe the establishment should be urgently reviewed for its suitability on the platform.
