Everything was wonderful: the staff were super friendly, the hotel blended old charm with modern comfort, the outdoor area was lovely and the lounges throughout were cozy. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

The property is beautiful and well maintained, with no weak points. From the moment you enter, you feel the history that has left its marks even in the smallest details. Many objects, furniture, and accessories tell stories of different eras. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The on‑site restaurant is good. No issues.

The hotel is enchanting, especially at night. Reception welcomed us warmly and the entire staff, including the restaurant team, were professional. We felt pampered. The front‑desk lady even set up a crib in our room for our baby, with sheets and blanket already in place, even though we hadn’t requested it—a small but much‑appreciated gesture. In the evening we dined at the restaurant; kudos to the chef, everything was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was also rich and tasty. No complaints.

The setting in the green is great, the property is well kept, an original mix of old Tuscan countryside style and modern décor, excellent staff. The room was a bit dark and the internet was slow.
