The location, service and bathroom were great, yet there were no restrooms on the entrance floor and only one person was at the front desk.

The location and spacious rooms were good, but the rooms weren’t very clean and would benefit from a more dedicated cleaning crew. Because the hotel serves people connected to nearby medical facilities and businesses, starting breakfast only at 07:00 AM fails to meet guests’ needs.

The place was in a great spot for business, the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, though the room could have been cleaner—someone should tidy the dirt and junk that piles under the bed. The safe’s locking mechanism didn’t work well, and breakfast should start at 06:00 AM to help those who need to be up by 07:00 AM.

At reception, Yali went out of her way to make my stay comfortable, from an early check‑in to caring for me when I was ill. The breakfast is fabulous and the location is exceptional.
