The location is very quiet. Meals are very varied. The facilities are completely fine. Most of the staff are very friendly. The entertainment options are also completely okay. The location is too far from the action. Meals are usually not very warm. Some rooms have a terrible view and very, very loud fans in front of the window.

The location is right on the main street with many shops. The beach is within a 10‑minute walk, and otherwise a shuttle bus runs regularly to the beach. The food is very generous with a huge variety. During the season we were there, the menu repeated on a weekly cycle. The beach bar offers a very abundant lunch menu. The staff are consistently friendly. The rooms on both sides of the hotel are very noisy; one side faces a busy street, the other faces a shopping mall and the loud air‑conditioning units in the rooms echo. At least the air‑conditioning units are turned off from 12 a.m. to 05 a.m.

Everything was clean, the food was tasty, and the desserts were very good. The staff work hard to look after their guests. The beach was also well maintained. The weather wasn’t on our side, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

The pool is beautiful, and the staff go an extra mile to provide service (for example, the cook fried sausages for me after I politely asked). Attention to detail is evident (for example, room service provides free sparkling water every day). The hotel is overcrowded with Germans, so every program is tailored for Germans and mostly offered in German. Additionally, there are too many kids making noise, which makes this hotel less ideal for couples.

The hotel was compact and not too crowded, and the food was amazing with friendly bartenders. Our room flooded from the rain; the staff first just put a towel on the floor, which we had already done, so we were a bit disappointed. The leak worsened, we were moved to a better room, but had to wait 2 hours for it to be ready.
