Nothing to praise. The staff were impatient, inconsiderate, and unsympathetic. They made my 5‑month‑old toddler and me wait outside in very cold weather while their cleaner worked in the office area. The next day they knocked on our door to rush us out so we could sit outside again and wait for a ride. The room smelled like smoke, the floors were dirty, and the shower and entire bathroom were covered in smoke stains.
