My stay was excellent and I felt very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, and the food was great—five stars. Service was available, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was very good, close to the airport, the sea, and the bus. Most importantly, the staff were courteous, and the reception was open 24 hours. Nothing to add.

The breakfast was good, with a selection of egg dishes. The room was very comfortable, quiet, with soft, pleasantly scented linens. There is no beach nearby. There is a transfer to the beach several times a day, but the return to the hotel only happens once at 18:00.

The hotel’s décor (the lobby) and the man serving breakfast were nice. The pool and the bed were comfortable. The shower was a disaster—too small, the door didn’t close, so water splashed everywhere on the floor. Breakfast was cold but the same each day, no fruit juice, no hot chocolate, and only two mini croissants. The beach shuttle costs 20 € for two, but instead of 20 minutes you’re given an hour 😒, and it’s crowded—dangerous. When we requested a refund, it was dismissed despite photographic evidence. Cleaning was rushed; one day they brought a water bottle but didn’t clean, and there was no shower gel, so I had to go to reception to complain. I won’t return; it’s a shame. There’s a tobacco smell in the rooms, the finishes are not great, and the tiles are never clean. Avoid this hotel.

The only thing I liked was having a pool right by the room, though it’s on the -1 floor, indoors, only 1.40 m deep and the water was freezing. The shower in the room was a walk‑in behind the front door, very narrow, and every time we showered the whole bathroom and part of the room flooded; the photos didn’t show that. When I arrived I found hair stuck to the bathroom walls, which shows the cleaning wasn’t great, and we were disappointed.
