The room was spotless, check‑in was intuitive and simple, everything was great, not to mention the bathtub – a stunning surprise for my partner who didn’t expect to find a spa suite after climbing the stairs, absolutely wow.

The room was exceptional, the location superb, the staff wonderful, they supported us with patience and exemplary professionalism! We stayed in the cathedral suite… a spectacle! The quality‑price ratio was absolute top level! We’ll return! Great job and thanks to everyone! Everything was perfect.

Location of the B&B was quite good. Easy walk to Porta Nuova and the Cathedral. Also an easy walk to the catacombs; although, walking is a challenge on the narrow streets where there are sometimes sidewalks and sometimes not. The B&B room was very large and comfortable. The street was fairly quiet at night. My only issue was that by the time we arrived in Palermo and the taxi we hired delivered us to the B&B, it was already dark. The street was not well lit. The entry door was locked and it was about 10 minutes before someone appeared to greet us. This building has no lift and the rooms were three flights up which made getting luggage transported a chore. Once in the room, we could not have been happier. Bathroom was on a level up from the sleeping accommodations. The bathroom was huge with a whirlpool tub for two people. A large, separate shower was also available. Everything was clean and well maintained. There was a separate communal kitchen with refrigerator, stove and utensils; however, we did not make use of this. As previously stated, the lack of a lift made it a challenge to get luggage up and down the stairs
