The location is great, the owner is friendly, the price is amazing, and the rooms are lovely, with a nice little breakfast. Just remember it’s a homestay, so don’t expect hotel amenities, but the guys genuinely try to provide a service that exceeds the price.

Everything was top notch—location, staff, rooms, cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious and they offered a different menu each morning.

The hotel was nice and had everything needed for a stay: disposable slippers, soap, gel, shampoo, a kettle, cups. It was pleasant that the hosts were waiting for us at night. The breakfasts were hearty and tasty. The location is convenient, in the old town and close to main streets and sights. The water pressure in the shower is low, but you can still wash up.

The owners at Boulevard Bukhara are friendly and eager to help. There’s an outdoor patio for guests. I liked that breakfast varied on both days I stayed. The property is clean and well maintained. It’s centrally located and a short walk to the historic part of the city.
