The staff were professional, courteous, and the breakfast buffet was decent, but the hallway space could be improved because it gets crowded with people. At night there was a bit of noise for a while, then it stopped, and the doors also make a knocking sound when they close.

The breakfast was varied, the reception and services were very friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The room lacked soundproofing and faced the piazza, so there were loud noises all night; earplugs were mandatory. The area is unsafe, not suitable for families with children or for late-night returns.
