The place is brand new, but it was infested with bedbugs; I left the window slightly open at night and about a hundred bedbugs crawled into my room, plus there were many throughout the house with a bad smell—late September. This apartment should not be rented!

What a great spot! The property has a vineyard, a grilling area, and a gazebo, and the house itself is new and cozy 😌.

It was a very peaceful location among the vines, but some other travelers walked into my room because there was obviously a breakdown in communication somewhere along the lines.

The furnishings were sumptuous, the service outstanding, and the value for money was excellent, with a free bottle of wine, a great rural location overlooking the vineyard and Caucuses, and still within walking distance to town; nothing negative, though it would be good practice to let guests know the house is under surveillance.
