The owner was very friendly and always helpful, even arranging a windsurfing session for me. Breakfast was comfortable, the room was clean, and the view from the window was fantastic, overlooking the Nile. The dock was nearby, so the hotel was almost right next to it, making the location extremely convenient. A small shop downstairs made buying little items easy.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were courteous and attentive, and the terrace offered a lovely view; it’s just a 3‑minute walk to the ferry. The breakfasts start too late at 8 am, which is inconvenient when you need to leave early before the heat peaks. Soundproofing is weak – you hear everything outside, which can disturb sleep, although the island is usually quiet.

Ahmed’s service was amazing, the hotel is in a great spot, the view is good, and the rooms are excellent.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but the staff were incredibly flexible and accommodating; they arranged a very comfortable and reasonably priced Abu Simbel tour and even let me check out late to match my flight. I’m completely satisfied. Thank you so much!
