Zeer teleurstellende ervaring! Door foutmeldingen tijdens het boeken werd onze reservering blijkbaar drie keer bevestigd via Booking, terwijl er bij mij niets zichtbaar was. Ik hoop dan ook dat het bedrag niet drie keer van mijn rekening wordt afgeschreven en wil hierover zo snel mogelijk duidelijkheid. Bij aankomst kon het hotel onze boeking niet terugvinden. We hebben een uur moeten wachten, zonder duidelijke informatie, met ons zoontje van 7 dat helemaal uitgeput was. Toen we eindelijk een kamer kregen en naar boven gingen, bleek die al bezet te zijn! We moesten dus opnieuw naar de receptie met ons doodvermoeide kind. Dit is absoluut niet de ontvangst en service die je mag verwachten. Ik ben helemaal niet tevreden en verwacht een duidelijke oplossing, bevestiging dat er geen dubbele of driedubbele kosten worden aangerekend en een passende compensatie voor deze ervaring

Location. 1) room not ready well after the indicated check-in time 2) sofa bed not made whereas they said they would do it 3) phone didnt work so had to go downstairs in the evening 4) towels not for 4 persons 5) waiting time at reception in evening for a small thing was too long 6) on top of that they (as in hotel staff) let others cut in front right when it is my turn (wow) because that person had a small question. Well so did I, wait 20 mins like everyone else. 7) dont take 1 room with two teenagers. The sofabed is 130cm. Well you can figure it out how comfortable that is

Quiet, easy parking, close to Disneyland, convenient 8 minutes shuttle to Disney every 30 minutes. Little snack store. Right beside a golf course. Bar and restaurant. Good breakfast with super professional Cristoph managing it all ( this Cristoph was amazing). Nothing else.
