“Lugar encantador”

The views are stunning, the nights are quiet, the pool is clean, and they tidy the room daily. The cleaning lady is lovely. Breakfast is very limited with little variety. The check‑in staff are a bit stiff. They tried to overcharge for airport transfer and the motorbike—specifically, they wanted double what we paid when renting it ourselves. The airport transfer was similar. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the mountain village, which can be inconvenient at times, but the beautiful views are a clear advantage.

The view is breathtaking. The hotel is well‑located, the staff are charming, and they do everything to help you. The rooms are old.

Great view of the island and the sea (you can even see White Island) and a nice atmosphere around the pool, restaurant, and plants. The staff are very friendly and responsive to requests. The property is well maintained and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast was good but lacked variety. The rooms are a bit old and somewhat rough—like most places on the island— with holes in the wood and insects entering, but nothing too bothersome.

“Beautiful location and view but facilities are quite rudimentary and pictures are misleading”

The location and view are good. There is no hot water, the rooms are tiny and cramped, and there’s no luggage space so you have to stash it on the floor and jump over it to reach your bed. There’s no nightstand, and no place to dry wet swimsuits or towels, even though there’s enough space on the terrace or in the bathroom.

The hotel occupies a spectacular space with incredible views and an amazing outdoor area, making it perfect for unwinding. They even offer a motorcycle rental right on site. The downside was that the bathroom, shower, and toilet were all together, causing water pools that felt unhygienic.
