The location is great and the staff are friendly with good service, but the bathroom had a strong odor that made the bedroom smell awful, the room is on a main street so traffic noise is loud, the shower water pressure was a serious problem while other rooms on the floor were showering, and the room was dark with only one small window.
The location is absolutely amazing, the room is beautiful, and the host was incredibly helpful, but breakfast offered no options for those with allergies or dietary restrictions like alternative milks.

Everything was perfect during my 7‑night stay; my room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and the Rossmarkt Haus itself sits in a prime spot in the Old Town near Council Square. The complimentary breakfast each morning was also fantastic, and Eszter was a wonderful host—I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Brasov.
