The accommodation was great and everything was clean; there was nothing to complain about.

The location was good; the bathroom on the second floor lacks a shower box, and although the shower has a good water volume, more water leaks out from the side of the shower itself.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and always ready to meet my requests; the blankets were not available but when I asked they promptly provided one, though it came infested with bugs. I believe they were clean and this happened while it was stored; I didn’t report it because I thought it would be a hassle. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to the desired temperature. These are points that could improve future stays.

“Não recomendo”

Somente do estacionamento. Foi informado que dividia de até 3 vezes, quando chegamos a máquina que dividia não estava na recepção, estava com o gerente e que só estaria lá na segunda-feira, mas não autorizaram a pagar depois. A cama é não é cama, e sim um colchonete, duro, ficamos a base de relaxante muscular. A tv não pega canais abertos, ligamos por 2 dias para mandarem alguém lá, mas não fomos atendidos, e só no último dia da nossa estadia, encontramos um funcionário no corredor e levei ele até o quarto para configurar a TV. O café da manhã tem uma única funcionária, para lavar os utensílios (xícaras que faltaram) e repor os alimentos, ficamos com pena dela, que tem muita boa vontade, mas realmente fica sobrecarregada. A localização é péssima, ao lado do hotel muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga, tivemos vários cancelamentos de motoristas de aplicativos
