Location and views were beautiful, and I loved that it’s also pet friendly. Walls are thin and no toilet paper was provided. Otherwise, the location is great, but there was a lot of noise from neighbors—footsteps and people in adjacent rooms. The balcony and overall view were great. Beds weren’t the comfiest and pillows were medium. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a good experience aside from these aspects.

Breakfast was good, though I’m sure there were many extra people there, probably for a work job from out of town. Coffee could have been stronger. The smell of old and the place need some updating. Showers are rough and you can hear a lot from the hallways. The heater is loud.

The view was great and the staff were friendly, but the hallway smelled odd and the lack of elevators made it hard for me.

We loved Lexi who checked us in; she was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice, very delicious bonus!

The hotel was full of immigrants sitting around watching all the doors like they were waiting for ICE. They spoke no English and were rude and took over the hotel. There were at least 15 vans full of them. It was not a pleasant experience for us. Very sketchy
