The hotel’s spot is super convenient, right in the heart of Turin, a stone’s throw from Torino Porta Nuova train station and close to main squares and streets. The only issue, not really the hotel’s fault, is that the area around the station—specifically via Nizza—looks run‑down and, especially at night, you’ll see a lot of drunk Italians and foreigners loitering, plus some shady groups. Police patrols are usually present in the area. I have to point out how incredibly courteous and helpful the staff were; they had the room ready before I arrived and even kept our luggage free of charge from the morning of departure until we collected it. The only minor annoyance was a green night light in the room that stayed on even after the lights were turned off, but it didn’t bother me, so I didn’t ask to turn it off.

The place is practically next to the station and city centre, clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. The only downside was that the elevator often had a long wait.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The area is noisy at night because it’s next to a main avenue, and it feels somewhat unsafe next to the station.
