Everything about the hotel was great! We were greeted by a speedbot and brought straight to the room. The room was very pretty, clean, and modern. The bed was soft with good linens, and there was a small terrace with a sofa and chair where we could relax in the evening or jump into the pool. We only used the pool once, just before dinner, and the water was warm. They even made us beautiful towel bouquets with flowers. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was well cooked and tasty, served like a buffet, and we always had enough. Occasionally they surprised us with gifts, which was unexpected and very nice! One evening they brought a plate of watermelon, and on the last day we received a package of passionfruit. We didn’t eat the passionfruit, took it home, and my son in Moscow already ate it; it was very tasty and fragrant. It had ripened by the time we got home. In the morning of departure they gave us a lunch box, even though we had no meals that day. The hotel is really good, they try hard and are very customer‑focused. When we left, I realized I had forgotten two chargers in the sockets; my watch and phone were dead. I found out this only after arriving at another hotel on a different island. I wrote to the hotel and the next day they returned our chargers to our room. They handed them over through the hotel representatives at the airport. I’m very grateful!
