The staff were super nice and helpful, and the location is great, but the bed could be more comfortable and the towels were a bit thin—there weren't many of them.

We managed a last‑minute stay after a flight cancellation, and the staff were very helpful, showing us what to see in Palermo during the single afternoon and evening we had; everything else was fine.
