“Gradevole ma migliorabile. Mancanza di giovani Atmosfera generale seriosa”

I was impressed by the courtesy, availability, location and restaurant, but as a 4‑star place I expected more. The 1970s‑style building is basically fine, yet it lacks small details such as carpet in the rooms, a shower in the bathtub, a vertical mirror, an old‑style door key that needs a duplicate, a conditioner that only blows cold, an awkward pool entrance, and they even charged for the fridge‑bar water.

The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and they accommodated my fructose intolerance. The hotel management and all staff were very friendly and attentive, and the pedicure was superb. However, a modern, step‑free shower would be more convenient than the slightly outdated bathtub, and I missed a pool where you could swim in normally tempered water.

The outdoor area is nice, but in a 4‑star superior property you should at least find a bottle of water and perhaps a kettle.

The SPA massage staff are great, but the air‑conditioner in room 103 kept failing; every three hours we woke up hot and had to turn it on again. I reported it at reception, yet they didn’t fix it. It’s a pity because I’d stayed many times and usually liked it, but this issue was significant—sleep is crucial, especially in places where you seek relaxation.

The large garden around the hotel is lovely, the staff are extremely kind and welcoming, and the family‑run operation shows great professionalism. The thermal services are excellent, but the building isn’t brand new—the carpet in the room floors is still visible.
