“Good overall stay at BW but could use updates in the rooms etc.”

Overall it was fine, breakfast had a good spread, the room was clean, and it was easy to access the highway and shops. I’m not a fan of hotel bathrooms or showers, so I’d recommend walk‑in showers instead of tub/shower curtain setups. Iron and board weren’t in the room, so I had to ask for them, which was okay, but I thought rooms usually have them in the closet. The TV picture was only a tiny corner, and the remote worked on only one of the two TVs. The sink didn’t drain well, but the toilet’s flush was good.

The location is great for heading into Saint Michael’s, but our non‑smoking room had a strong smoke odor, the door was covered in fingerprints and sticky grime, and we didn’t want to switch rooms even though the kids’ rooms were right across the hall.

“The stay was quiet. The place it self was nice. But was very upset with the mold I. The bathroom up on the ceiling.”

The property was fine, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The location and breakfast were excellent, but I’ve stayed here before and the quality has declined. The rooms are in disrepair, our room was uncomfortable temperature‑wise and couldn’t be set properly, and there was a horrible urine smell when I entered. The refrigerator was missing, the front porches are used as smoking areas and are heavily scented by staff, and the bedding was worn and thin. It’s sad to see how this hotel is deteriorating; I loved staying here but think we need to find a new place.

“Good.”

The place was clean, the staff polite, and breakfast nice. The hot tub was out of order and dirty. It felt dated and seemed to be falling out of care. The price was reasonable but still high for what you actually get—a basic, safe place to sleep for a night.
